After 14 years of serving the community, the STF Property Calculator officially closed and went offline on November 28, 2026.
This decision was made as I enjoy my retirement in the south of France and focus on simplifying my digital footprint. The project is permanently retired, was NOT handed over to a new administrator, and will not be transferred to anyone in the future. If you know of any similar tools, feel free to share links in the comments section of this post.
Thank you to everyone who used and supported the calculator over the last 14 years. I had a blast as Sal the Foot.

HISTORY:
In March 2012, this project (previously at enidvangils.com) was taken over by "Sal the Foot" of "Sal the Foot's Mob Wars Guide". Before that, this calculator hadn't been updated for quite a while. I updated it with all the latest properties and made it work with a facebook login instead of using cookies. In August of 2019, after problems with Facebook, this was made standalone once again, but still utilizing a database for saves instead of cookies as it did before 2012. In December 2020, this app was moved to stfcalc.lugon.com. Thanks to support by users, this calculator was available, ad free, through November 28, 2026.
This calculator had approximately 163,000 unique visitors to this site between March 16, 2012 and November 28, 2026.
